SACRED THREADS

This exceptional, juried quilt show has traveled from Washington, D.C. for a one month stay at HeART Gallery.

Each piece is accompanied by the artist's story, which can

be accessed with a four digit number on a cell phone. The stories explore issues of grief, joy, inspiration, spirituality

and peace. The exceptional workmanship and variety of techniques used by fiber artists across the country, makes

this a must-see show for quilters and multi-media artists.

Thursday, Sept 19 is a LUNCH & LEARN event at noon with a discussion about the SACRED THREADS movement and in-depth information on several quilts. Soups and breads will be served.

Thursday, Sept 19 from 6-8pm the exhibit will be featured on the Toledo Art Loop. Dips and Sips will be served.

Groups who would like to see the exhibit at another time during the month of September, may contact kate@stpaulstoledo.org for admission to the gallery.

A three-course tea will be served in the Parlor in conjunction with this show on Thursday, Sept 26 at 11am, and Saturday, Sept 28 at 11am. Cost is $25pp. Reservations are required to kate@stpaulstoledo.org.
