Toledo Choral Society Concert: The Seven Last Words of Christ

SATURDAY, APRIL 9, 2022 at 5pm

We proceed Palm Sunday with the emotional rendition of

the Seven Last Words of Christ by Dubois. The 100 voice chorus,

directed by Richard Napierala will be accompanied by the

St. Pauls German Reuter pipe organ. Soloists add to the

story of the final moments of Christ's crucifixion. There are

no tickets required for the performance, but a free-will offering

Following the concert artwork by members of the Athena Art Society can be viewed and a casual soup and

salad dinner will be served for $10pp. The Athena Art Society is the oldest all-female arts group in Ohio. More than 30 members have participated in this exhibit, with many pieces for sale.
